 â€¢ Our regular wedding gowns can be returned within 5 business days if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.  The gown must be clean and no alterations done on the gown. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM GOWNS

Payments

• We accept all major credit cards through PayPal, Checks, and Money Orders.
• Bank checks,  drafts, cashiers checks, personal checks and non-postal money orders will take 10 business days to process. Rush-processing is not available on these types of payment.
• We will inform you when we receive your payment.
• Arizona residents must pay the appropriate sales tax.

Please call us to receive your Return Authorization Code number. Please write this number on the outside of the box containing the return merchandise

Cancellations

• Cancelled orders will be charged 10% of original order price.
